Nowadays a lot of people plan on living independently since the age of 18. But you should consider all the aspects of independent life to avoid unpleasant consequences. Of course, There are a lot of different advantages and disadvantages when you live independently.

To start with, living on your own can be great since you are not dependent on anyone. For example, you can organise your space as you wish. And place furniture in the way that is comfortable for you. Moreover, you can have any pet you wish. But don’t forget that you need to pay enough attention to it.

An additional advantage of independent life is freedom to do whatever you want. You can go to bed any time you wish or you can sing in the shower without bothering anybody. One more good thing is that you can invite your friends whenever you want and you won’t bother anybody by loud talks and laughing. These examples show how important is having your apartment in your active lifestyle.

In contrast, when you live alone you barely have time to do everything you need to do. There is no one who can help you with cleaning, washing the dishes and cooking. You should do everything on your own. What is more – you cannot leave your flat if you have nobody to water your plants or feed your pet. All in all you need to try to be careful and improve yourself as self-dependent and organized person.

Another thing I want to mention is payments. You should work hard to earn money to pay for utilities. It’s difficult to combine those things together. So, in some cases living alone is not the best option in terms of economy and safety.

Taking everything into account, living separately is an uneasy thing to deal with. But if you want to be independent, don’t be afraid of difficulties. And if you want to change your life, this is exactly what you need.
